How much is shipping?

For a limited time only, ground shipping to the contiguous United States is free. Ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada is excluded from this offer and will be calculated during checkout. Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee.

When will I get my display?

The 'Estimated Ship Date' timeframe is an estimate of when your display will be shipped by Ostendo, subject to availability. This does not include carrier delivery times. Once your order is confirmed, you will be contacted by our carrier to schedule the delivery of your shipment.

Does Ostendo ship internationally?

At this time, the CRVD™ is only available for sale in the U.S.A. and Canada. For international sales, please submit a sales inquiry.

What is white glove installation?

White glove installation is part of Ostendo's commitment to superior customer service. The service includes delivery of the display to your door on your schedule, during which time an associate will remove the display from its packaging, place it in a location of your choosing, connect it to your computer, test it to assure that it works with your computer's configuration, and calibrate the picture if necessary.

Does Ostendo offer an extended warranty?

Yes. Every CRVD comes with a one-year standard warranty. An extended warranty is available to extend your service coverage to three years from the purchase date.
